10 Tips To Gain More Energy



1. Drink cold water , juice or other fluids throughout the day. Doctors recommend consuming 6-8 glasses of water for a variety of health reasons.

2.Wash your face.Wash your hands and face when u feel yourself tiring.It has a nice wake-up 
 effects.

3. Go to bed and hour earlier . Sleep has a restorative effect. If you are just sitting around  at night, killing time then its better to sleep. The extra sleep will boost your energy the next morning.

4. Never skip breakfast. A light snack helps  to revitalize you.

5. Avoid heavy meals in the middle of the day. Heavy meal make you sleepy. Instead break your 
food intake into several small parts.

6.  Avoid alchohol intake during workdays. Alcohol make you drowsy, may impair your mental 
abilities.

7. Take a multivitamin pill. A multivitamin tablet will fulfil your basic minimum daily  requirements.

8. Take a small-nap. If your work situation permits, take a small 15-20 mins nap when you are 
really tired.

9. Exercise:A moderate exercise program can give you feel good effect and more energy.

10.Take bath soon after waking up in the morning. This will keep you energetic throughout the 
day.

10 Tips To Increase Efficiency


1. Create your peak hours ,and use these hours to do your most critical or high priority  tasks.And inform people around, not to disturb you during this period.

2. Schedule all your easy tasks out of this peak hours .Example writing notes,reading  journals ,filing etc can be done at times when you are not focused.

3. Keep your peak hours sacred and utilize it only for the critical tasks.

4. Learn basic relaxation techniques such as deep breathing to keep yourself focused  throughout the work.

5. Prioritize your tasks and always tackle the first thing first.

6. Learn stress buster techniques to release the stress.

7. Plan everything in advance,create your to-do list daily and follow it strictly.

8. At the end of the day analyze your day and figure out the mistakes you did and promise yourself not to repeat them.

9. Set goals daily and if possible set it hourly basis.and try hard to finish it within the  specified time.

10.Motivate yourself and others.

2. Avoid distractors and time killing activities during your peak hours.

3. Avoid unnecessary travelling because travelling can be an enormous waste of time.

4. Avoid unproductive activities that may be fun but dont reduce your workload.For example taking up  volunteer work unnecessarily.
