1.Work on high priority tasks when you are most energetic and fresh.

2. Avoid distractors and time killing activities during your peak hours.

3. Avoid unnecessary travelling because travelling can be an enormous waste of time.

4. Avoid unproductive activities that may be fun but dont reduce your workload.For example taking up  volunteer work unnecessarily.

5. Try getting up earlier and put an extra hour in weekday to sum up pending issues/works.
