See The Guts
On a ship, the Project managers of three different companies belonging to 3 different nations were traveling with their Trainee guys.
They started an argument on whose Trainee engineer had more guts. The American PM called for one of his men and told him to jump off and take a round swimming around the moving ship.
The Trainee did as he was commanded. The American PM boasted of by saying, "See the guts!"
Now the German PM called out for one of his men and asked him to take two similar rounds around the moving ship. The Trainee did as he was told. When he came back from the water the German
PM said, "See the guts!"
Now the Indian PM called out for his most courageous man and asked him to take five similar rounds.
The Trainee promptly replied, " Why the hell should I ???"
The PM proudly said, "See the guts!"

10 Tips To Handle Pressure
10 Tips To Handle Pressure
1. Learn to say no: Its not good to turn down a project or say no to your managers but if you are too busy learn to say no. Because you should take only that much work,which you should take only that much work ,which you can handle perfectly with the proper deadlines met.
2. Try to complete the work before the deadline itself to avoid the last time rush and pressure.
3. Get up an hour ealier and utilize the time to complete the pending taks in your best productive hours.
4. Work for few more hours after your regular shifts or work in home after dinner.
5. If working for few extra hours after the regular shift is not enough work on saturday for few hours and try to comple your work as early as possible.
6. Take help from your seniors or any expert in the related field to complete your tasks faster and better.
7. Break complex taks into smaller :Instead of handling a big task together at a time break it into several small segments and assign each segment some time, to complete.
8. If the deadline is less for you, request your manager or a client to give some more time.
9. Stay focused and avoid distractors.
10.Take breaks in between the complex taks and relax for a while and then move again into it with full energy .
